In this day and age pressures at work can become unmanageable and with increased workloads employees & managers alike can become stressed which can lead them to feeling like they aren’t achieving anything. If this is not addressed it could escalate with the end result being time off work.

“The pressure of an increasingly demanding work culture in the UK is perhaps the biggest and most pressing challenge to the mental health of the general population.”

Raising the awareness of mental health illness in the workplaces and what can contribute to it can and does improve the well-being of all employees and management at all levels.

Good well-being of an individual creates good health, good health & healthy individuals/ employees work better & in turn become more productive. You can’t deny a happier, productive workforce is good for business. Mental Health Awareness Training Courses
