Our Mental Health in the Workplace Level 2 (VTQ) training course is ideal for all employees/team leader & management to give them a better understanding of mental health illness within the workplace. For those who need a higher level of training we offer a level 3 course.
In this day and age pressures at work can become unmanageable and with increased workloads employees & managers alike can become stressed which can lead them to feeling like they aren’t achieving anything. If this is not addressed it could escalate with the end result being time off work.
